      Our group has a number of MRI systems of which magnetic field strength is from about 0.1 T
      to 9.4 T. However, all of the MRI consoles have an identical architecture.

      In the lab tour, graduate students will show and explain how the MRI systems are used.

      This is a list of our MRI systems.


      <High-field MR Microscopes>

        9.4 T vertical wide bore system (since 2005)

        4.7 T vertical wide bore system (since 1993)

        2.35 T horizontal bore super-parallel system (2002-2005)


      <Mid-Field Permanent Magnet MR Microscopes>

        1.0 T column type open MR microscope (since 1998)

        1.0 T Halbach type portable MR microscope (since 2000)


      <Low Field MRI>

        0.3 T U shape portable MRI (since 1999) (*)

  Travel Information to Tokyo after the dinner

    You can down to Tokyo using JR Nikko Line (JR Nikko to Utsunomiya) then
    switch to JR Tohoku-Shinkansen (Utsunomiya to Tokyo). For example, when
    you take a train at JR Nikko station at 21:43, you can arrive at Tokyo
    station
    at 23:24. This is the last train you can reach Tokyo at the same date. The
    Kanaya hotel will offer you free bus transportation to the hotel to JR Nikko
    station (It will take 5min).
